Terms & Conditions

• The pass entitles one child to up to five (5) open-play sessions, each lasting 60 minutes, during the October half-term period.
• Only one session may be used per day.
• The pass can be used on both weekdays and weekends throughout the school holiday.
• Valid only during the designated October half-term period
• One pass per child. Passes cannot be shared, transferred, or refunded.
• Open-play sessions are subject to availability—we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred times.
• For children aged 4 and over only.
• Standard safety rules and waiver terms apply to all open-play sessions.
