Freejumping is the most fun you can have on (and off) earth! The whole park is yours to explore and enjoy for an action-packed hour (depending on your ticket)

Bounce from trampoline to obstacle course to activity pit to dodgeball! Phew! It’s enough to take your breath away just talking about it.

You don’t have to… but to avoid FOMO or paying extra on the day or  having to wait when the park is super busy, why wouldn’t you?

Booking in advance also means you can check in online and jump the queue to get straight into the park and onto the trampolines.

Prices are slightly higher on the day BUT if you’re passing and fancy some BIG-TIME FUN! Come on down.

You can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund… unless it’s within 24 hours of your session time.

Of course, if we can transfer your booking to a more convenient time – we will. Any questions? Click HERE to contact us or give us a call on 020 8050 1315.

You can see our full cancellation terms HERE

We aim to do our best to lift you up, but we want to know ASAP if something’s not right.

Head over to https://oxygenactiveplay.co.uk/contact-us/

Where you can either message us or call us and we can hopefully resolve your complaint and query as soon as we can.

It’s easier to pay for your visit when you actually book online, and its cheaper. If you don’t have a credit or debit card, we also accept Googlepay.

We of course take walk-in bookings on the day but prices are slightly higher on the day  and not all parks take cash

Not all parks accept cash on arrival.

You can complete a waiver or check its status HERE

It’s much easier to sort your waiver online, as it links up to the park’s booking system so you can simply check in and bounce, jumping any queues.

We recommend you arrive a good 20 mins before your session starts. That way you have plenty of time to check in and watch our safety briefing.

If you have booked a party. We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes before your party is due to start. This allows everyone’s waiver to be checked, belongings safely put away and then ready for the paaaaaarty to start!

No, there’s no need for changing rooms to put on your Oxygen socks! We don’t have any shower facilities in our parks, but we do have toilets and bathrooms to freshen up in.

Every Oxygen indoor activity park has a fab cafe serving hot and cold drinks, energy snacks, and everything from fresh bakes to healthy snacks to light bites. So we don’t allow visitors to bring their own refreshments. Tap water is freely available from our cafes.

Naturally, you can bring in baby food and fulfil any specific disabilities or dietary requirements.

We sure do!

You’ll just need to register in order to access the park’s WIFI when you get here. Have fun and don’t forget to tag us when you share any selfies!

Yes, at most of our parks. We actively encourage you to walk, skip or take public transport rather than drive, if you can. It helps keep the air clearer up here!

Check the corresponding park landing page for address and directions for each park.

We have fab cafés with viewing galleries over our parks so you can see every bounce, flip and twist while you chat, drink coffee or eat cake.

Feel free to tap into our lightening-fast WIFI. You’ll just need to register when you get here.

Do we do parties? You bet we do, and they’re jumping at Oxygen!

It’s one reason Oxygen is party central for all ages – from toddlers to teens, right up to Granny’s 80th celebrations!

Check out our party packages HERE

Yes, you can have the whole park to yourself if you wish. Or simply make a large group booking.

Contact us or call our events booking team on 0333 2000 349 and we’ll tell you more.

Wear whatever you’re comfy jumping in. A bit of stretch is good. Skirts, dresses or super tight clothes, not so good.

Think athleisure rather than PE kits. T-shirt, tracky bottoms, anything that allows your skin to breathe. You may get a bit warm once you start bouncing.

Avoid any clothing with studs or sticky-out bits. Oh, and leave your jewellery at home or with a parent or friend while you jump.

You will need to wear Oxygen jumping socks – see the next FAQ for why!

Our grippy, funky jumping socks are specifically designed for grippy, funky jumping on our trampolines! For your safety.

Super skills need super socks, and these ones are designed to help you keep your footing, so you can concentrate on the fun stuff.

These socks are machine washable and can be reused as many times as you like, so remember to pack them for your next session.

At Oxygen, safety is our top priority at all of our venues. We have invested time and resources to ensure that our grip socks are suitable and compliant with our parks’ vast amount of equipment. Our socks have been tested extensively to provide the right amount of grip for the trampolines. The grip level varies in different locations to make them suitable for our inflatable and slide equipment.

To ensure the safety of all participants, only Oxygen-branded socks are allowed within our venues. This ensures that everyone can safely experience the equipment while using the intended grip provided by our socks.

Sure. It’s important that you can clearly see where you’re jumping and landing, but it’s up to you to make sure they don’t fall off.

Last thing you want to do is break or lose your specs.

There’s no height limit. because our ceilings are higher than any human can jump! Even you.

There is a weight limit for our trampolines: 21 stone or 133kgs. For safety reasons.

If you’re fit and well enough to jump, go for it.

If you don’t know for sure, the best person to answer this question is a doctor or medical specialist. If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to jump safely on a trampoline, ask first and then write the details on your waiver.

If you have a pre-existing injury or disability we may require you to bring a signed doctor’s note to confirm it is safe for you to participate in the session.

Down Syndrome – we require a signed doctor’s note to confirm participation for each visit.

Covid-19 – if you’re showing symptoms or have a positive test result, do the right thing.

If you’re really not sure, call us on 0333 2000 349 before your visit.

Nope. You’re not allowed to jump if you are pregnant. Sorry, it’s best for the safety of both you and your unborn child.

Toddlers of 3+ are welcome and there’s no upper age limit! If you can stand up and jump, you can trampoline.

From 5+, kids can join our Freejumping sessions solo.

Kids aged 3-4 will need a parent or guardian with them for safety, as these sessions are for mixed age groups.

We find that under-5’s really thrive at our Toddler Activeplay. Give one a try, they’re designed for pre-schoolers (so no big kids).

Under-5s: need to be accompanied and supervised by a jumping adult at all times. Thanks.

Ages 5-7 need an adult with you at Oxygen whilst jumping in the park. They can watch from the viewing area or chill out in the café. If parents want to supervise within the jump area a ticket will need to be purchased for all supervising adults.

Ages 8-12 just need checking in by an adult. They don’t need to stay with you, once you’re wearing a wristband and Oxygen socks. They can leave after you’ve watched the safety briefing.

Pssst…make sure they come back to collect you before your session’s over!
Ages 12–15 are free to jump on your own, as long as an adult signs a valid waiver for you.
No adults required for kids of 16+. Have fun

Stay & Play sessions are only for pre-schoolers aged 3-5. If an hour just isn’t enough time to let loose Mondays–Fridayss during term times, book a Toddler Activeplay session so they can stay and play for up to 3 hours.

Subject to availability and capacity. Please note, timetables may change.

No, but silly behaviour and showing off can be.

Trampolining is as “risky” as sports like skateboarding, skiing, ice hockey and football. Jump within your ability and don’t attempt advanced moves that are beyond you. Stay safe and have fun.

Every Oxygen Bouncer is fully trained in health and safety, ready to spring into action to predict and prevent incidents, as well as responding if you or your kids need a hand at any time.

No food or drinks (including bottled water) should be taken onto the indoor activity park floor or on the trampolines. You can eat and drink in the cafe before and/or after your session.

Please use our water fountain to stay hydrated throughout your jump session.

No alcohol before jumping, please – this applies to everyone, including adults.

There is a small £1 booking fee on any online transaction. This is a fixed amount so wont change no matter how many tickets you purchase in one transaction.
