Terms & Conditions:
The event runs from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on New Years’ Eve. Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time and no refunds will be given.
The event price is £24.95 per person. The price includes entry to the event, access to activities during the session, one hot meal per person (as described in the event details), and a goodie bag (subject to availability).
The Early Bird offer provides 15% off the standard ticket price when booked on or before 27 December 2025 using promo code NYE15 at the time of booking. The code must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where the event is cancelled by us.
We reserve the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the event for operational, safety, or other reasonable reasons. In the event of cancellation by us, you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date (if available).
