Terms and Conditions – Toddler Membership
- Membership admits 1 toddler and 1 adult to every toddler session, subject to availability
- Membership is linked to the park which is selected during the sign-up process. Membership is not valid in any other Oxygen-operated parks, including Red Kangaroo and Boost.
- Any adult can accompany the toddler (parent, family member, or guardian).
- Membership applies to the same toddler for the duration of which the membership is held.
- This membership is valid for Toddler Play Sessions only and is not valid for soft play sessions outside of these sessions.
- Admissions to sessions are made via bookings on Roller, Oxygen’s booking engine, via the website, phone or in park.
- Additional toddlers or adults may be added to the group for £7.50 each per session.
- Memberships are paid one month in advance and may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your membership will expire at the end of the month, and no further payments will be made. Refunds are unavailable.
- Memberships are by Direct Debit only, with no minimum term.
- Upgrades from single sessions to memberships are available.
- Membership entitles you to 10% off in the café, which you redeem by sharing your membership details when ordering in the café.
- Membership entitles you to 10% off toddler party bookings, redeemable using your membership number at checkout.
- Membership entitles you to bring a maximum of 1 friend or family member plus 1 toddler for free once per month. This does not accumulate each month if you don’t use it.
