Open Play is the most fun you can have on (and off) earth! The whole park is yours to explore and enjoy for an action-packed hour (depending on your ticket)

Bounce from trampoline to obstacle course to activity pit to dodgeball! Phew! It’s enough to take your breath away just talking about it.

Do you have to book? Nah… but why risk FOMO?!
Booking in advance means you skip the queues, check in online, and bounce straight into park! Plus, it’s cheaper than paying on the day!

But if you’re just passing by and fancy some BIG-TIME fun we’ll do our best to bounce you into the action!

You can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund… unless it’s within 24 hours of your session time.

Of course, if we can transfer your booking to a more convenient time – we will. Any questions? Click HERE to contact us or give us a call on 020 8050 1315.

You can see our full cancellation terms HERE

If you’d like to raise a complaint, please drop us an email at customerservices@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk. We’ll do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as we can!

It’s easier to pay for your visit when you actually book online, and its cheaper. If you don’t have a credit or debit card, we also accept Googlepay.

We of course take walk-in bookings on the day but prices are slightly higher on the day  and not all parks take cash

Not all parks accept cash on arrival.

You can sign your waiver through the link in your booking confirmation email. Alternatively, you can watch the safety briefing and complete your waiver on our website here https://oxygenactiveplay.co.uk/how-to-book/

We recommend you arrive a good 20 mins before your session starts. That way you have plenty of time to check in and watch our safety briefing.

If you have booked a party. We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes before your party is due to start. This allows everyone’s waiver to be checked, belongings safely put away and then ready for the paaaaaarty to start!

No, there’s no need for changing rooms to put on your Oxygen socks! We don’t have any shower facilities in our parks, but we do have toilets and bathrooms to freshen up in.

We ask you to leave your own snacks and drinks at home as every Oxygen, RedKangaroo and Boost park has a fab café packed with yummy food, thirst quenching hot and cold drinks, fresh bakes, light bites and healthy snacks. So no need to bring your own munchies as we’ve got it covered!

We sure do!

You’ll just need to register in order to access the park’s WIFI when you get here. Have fun and don’t forget to tag us when you share any selfies!

Yes, at most of our parks. We actively encourage you to walk, skip or take public transport rather than drive, if you can. It helps keep the air clearer up here!

Check the corresponding park landing page for address and directions for each park.

We have fab cafés with viewing galleries over our parks so you can see every bounce, flip and twist while you chat, drink coffee or eat cake.

Feel free to tap into our lightening-fast WIFI. You’ll just need to register when you get here.

Do we do parties? You bet we do, and they’re jumping at Oxygen!

It’s one reason Oxygen is party central for all ages – from toddlers to teens, right up to Granny’s 80th celebrations!

You can totally take over the place to bounce, play, and party your way! Want to decorate the space with balloons and banners? Go for it! Want to keep the fun fueled? We can hook you up with tasty food and awesome drinks. Give us a call and we’ll tell you how you can make it the best get together for your crew!

Wear whatever you can jump, climb, dodge and play in!
Stretchy clothes are winner winners so grab your comfy t’s , joggers, leggings or anything that lets your skin breathe and your body move! Heads up, you’ll probably get warm once the bouncing party starts!

No clothes with spikes, studs, or anything that could poke your friends (or you!). And please leave your jewellery at home or with someone safe bling’s cool, but not while flying through the air.

Oh, and don’t forget your Oxygen jumping socks! (Check the next FAQ to find out why—they’re kind of legendary.)

At Oxygen, safety is our top priority and as such our funky, grippy jumping socks are made for bouncing brilliance and have been extensively tested to ensure that they provide the right amount of grip for the trampolines and activities within our parks.
To ensure that your feet keep your feet stuck (in a good way) to the trampolines, inflatables, and slides only Oxygen-branded socks are allowed in our Oxygen parks, whilst at Boost Leicester, you can wear Boost or Oxygen branded socks and at RedKangaroo Coventry & Nottingham, it’s red or turquoise RedKangaroo socks or Oxygen ones.
By wearing the correct socks, you can focus on flips, not slips.
All of our socks are machine washable and reusable, so don’t forget to pack them for your next visit!

Sure. It’s important that you can clearly see where you’re jumping and landing, but it’s up to you to make sure they don’t fall off.

Last thing you want to do is break or lose your specs.

There’s no height limit for bouncing as our ceilings are way too high for even the tallest jumpers! BUT… if you’re eyeing up the high ropes, Sky Rider or trapeze, some parks do have minimum height rules. Check out our park pages for the deets. As for jumping, the max weight limit is 21 stone (133kg) – just to keep all the flips and tricks safe and fun.

If you’re fit and well enough to jump, go for it.

If you don’t know for sure, the best person to answer this question is a doctor or medical specialist. If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to jump safely on a trampoline, ask first and then write the details on your waiver.

If you have a pre-existing injury or disability we may require you to bring a signed doctor’s note to confirm it is safe for you to participate in the session.

Down Syndrome – we require a signed doctor’s note to confirm participation for each visit.

Covid-19 – if you’re showing symptoms or have a positive test result, do the right thing.

If you’re really not sure, call us on 0333 2000 349 before your visit.

We know it’s tempting to want to join in the BIG-TIME fun but it’s safer for you and your little one to sit this one out. Don’t worry, plenty of fun waiting for you when you’re ready to jump again!

If you’re 3 or older and can stand up and jump, you’re good to bounce! There’s no upper age limit either—grown-ups, that means you too! Kids aged 4+ can join our Open Play sessions on their own, but if you’re 3 you’ll need a grown-up bouncing buddy to keep things safe. Got a little leaper under 5? Our Toddler Play sessions are made just for them—no big kids allowed, just preschool-sized fun!

Under-4s: need to be accompanied and supervised by a jumping adult at all times. Thanks.

Ages 4-12 need an adult with you at Oxygen whilst jumping in the park. They can watch from the viewing area or chill out in the café. If parents want to supervise within the jump area a ticket will need to be purchased for all supervising adults.

Ages 13–15 are free to jump on your own, as long as an adult signs a valid waiver for you.

No adults required for kids of 16+. Have fun

Stay & Play sessions are only for pre-schoolers aged 3-5. If an hour just isn’t enough time to let loose Mondays–Fridayss during term times, book a Toddler Activeplay session so they can stay and play for up to 3 hours.

Subject to availability and capacity. Please note, timetables may change.

No, but silly behaviour and showing off can be.

Trampolining is as “risky” as sports like skateboarding, skiing, ice hockey and football. Jump within your ability and don’t attempt advanced moves that are beyond you. Stay safe and have fun.

Every Oxygen Bouncer is fully trained in health and safety, ready to spring into action to predict and prevent incidents, as well as responding if you or your kids need a hand at any time.

No food or drinks (including bottled water) should be taken onto the indoor activity park floor or on the trampolines. You can eat and drink in the cafe before and/or after your session.

Please use our water fountain to stay hydrated throughout your jump session.

No alcohol before jumping, please – this applies to everyone, including adults.

There is a small £1.50 booking fee on any online purchase. This is a fixed amount so won’t change no matter how many tickets you bag yourself in one transaction.

We sure do! Our SEN Peaceful Play sessions offer a gentle, welcoming environment for jumpers with Special Educational Needs(SEN). With reduced numbers and a quieter atmosphere, the park is made exclusively available to individuals with special educational needs and disabilities. These calm, inclusive play session s are designed for you to play together.

Only jumpers need to grab themselves a ticket so if you’re just cheering from the café you can sit back, relax, and watch the BIG-TIME fun for free.

We don’t reserve tables in the café, but if you’re planning a special event, why not check out our party packages? They offer the perfect space for celebrations!
