Don't just take our word for it, see what parents have to say about our parties!
We celebrated yesterday our son’s birthday at Oxygen MediaCity and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our host was incredibly helpful throughout the entire party. From assisting with the decorations to ensuring everything ran smoothly, she handled every request with professionalism and a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to make the day special for our son and his friends. The service was excellent, the children had an amazing time, and all of our guests commented on how well organised the party was. Several parents even said they would love to celebrate their own children’s birthdays there in the future. A huge thank you for making the day so memorable. Highly recommended!
We had a fantastic experience celebrating our son’s birthday. Everything was very well organised from start to finish, with a smooth check-in and clear schedule that made the day run effortlessly. The children thoroughly enjoyed the trampoline session, and the party room afterwards was perfectly set up for food and celebrations. The food was great, and the atmosphere was lively and fun, making it a memorable experience for all the children. Special thanks to our party host, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely lovely throughout. She made sure everything went smoothly and that the children were happy and engaged. Overall, a brilliant party experience, highly recommended.
A massive thank you to our party host! Our son had an amazing 7th birthday party. Our host made the whole experience stress free, navigating the children to where they needed to be throughout the visit, all the while making it fun for them – I didn’t have to think about anything. Oxygen is fab for the kids, it’s clean, interactive and safe. Thank you for your amazing customer service, we will be back to Oxygen.
