SOFT PLAY AT OXYGEN Croydon

With colourful ball pits, slides and multi-level climbing frames, our soft play area is the perfect place to keep babies and toddlers entertained and active.

Little ones can have fun, explore and interact with other children in a safe space away from the ‘big’ kids. They can also improve gross and fine motor skills with the wide range of activities such as stepping stones, rollers, rope ladders and many more.

Our soft play area is reserved for children aged 0-5 years.

We also have Toddler Sensory Play sessions at our trampoline park in Croydon for tiny Freejumpers! Bring your toddler for a Toddler Sensory Play session, and you’ll help them explore the ultimate bouncy soft-playground without the big kids getting in the way. They can take a gentle jump into the Airbag, bounce for the first time on the interconnected trampolines, or increase their hand-eye coordination in style on the dodgeball courts. These sessions take place at designated times in the week.

We also offer toddler trampoline parties if you want your little one’s friends to join in on all the fun!

Incredible service from the minute you walk in from huge smiles from the lady at the desk I really don’t want to bring their age into it but for young adults the customer service displayed the vigilance of the staff members was impeccable and a lot of mature people in customer service could really take note the place had a fast turnover today due to half term it did not impact the service giving there was a situation i witnessed 2 young kids try to destroy the areas designed for younger kids and these boys were not for the faint hearted how the situation was handled so professionally non argumentative it blew me away and was so refreshing to see the situation was not only handled professionally but was actively dealt with within minutes and this was coming to end of the evening so I would expect patience to zero I had to go and ask for a name it was sonny he kept his cool the whole way there was a lovely man serving food was so patient with my kids not rushing anything made me aware of wait times etc my kids had a fantastic time we will be back big props the full team from
Reception floor staff to Security the ball was not dropped once

We visited today and after some payment difficulties the customer support team were stars!! They were incredibly patient and resolved the problem efficiently. When we arrived all the staff were so friendly and courteous with one member of staff going out of their way to help me when noticing I was struggling with carrying drinks up the stairs as I am less able. Such a lovely experience
