OUR PEOPLE
Being a free runner in my spare time, I started with the company in 2018 as a court monitor and I was armed with the passion for flips and jumping. I was eager to help people learn and progress as well as assist my own progression within my sport. In my first few years, I actively learnt and understood all departments and sections of the park. My knowledge and passion for H&S took me in the direction of management – from court monitor to supervisor and then to Duty Manager. I was in charge of creating fun and memorable experiences for guests and also designing incredible activities for them too!
Roman Brock
I first joined Oxygen ActivePlay in 2017 as a Café Assistant, before progressing to Café Supervisor. In 2019, I left to run my own park for another company, but in 2023, I proudly returned — because no one does it like Oxygen. I have immense pride and belief in our company, its values, and its mission. Since coming back, I’ve taken on the roles of Duty Manager and Assistant Park Manager, while also supporting other parks with their party operations and audits. These opportunities have been key to my personal and professional development, and I genuinely love being part of a company that invests so much into its people. I am also part of the ‘Hero Collective’ which is an amazing group of people from across the business that come together and discuss all aspects of EDI across the business. Looking forward to continuing my growth journey with Oxygen ActivePlay!

I started my journey with Oxygen ActivePlay in 2017 as a crew member, and over the years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to grow within the company, becoming a Park Manager.
