Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Employees of Quayside Shopping Centre and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must follow @oxygenactiveplay and @quaysidemediacity on Instagram, like the competition post on Instagram, and tag another Instagram friend in the comments on Instagram. Multiple entries are allowed on Instagram, but each entry must tag different friends.
2. Prize: There will be one individual winner. The prize is 4 x 60-minute Open Play tickets
3. Competition Period: The competition starts immediately on issue of the official post on the official Quayside Shopping Centre Instagram Handle Instagram confirming the launch of the competition and ends on 18th February 2026 at 4:30pm . Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and will be announced on [Quayside Shopping Centre Instagram Handle] on 19th February 2026. The winner must respond directly within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, a new winner will be selected.
5. Prize Collection: The prize will be emailed out and is only redeemable at Oxygen at MediaCity. This prize is valid for 6 months. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Our decision is final on all matters.
6. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to have their name and Instagram handle used in all future promotional materials related to the competition and related activities. The winner’s name and social media username/handle may be posted on the social media profiles of Quayside Shopping Centre.
7. Privacy: Any personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition. The winners email will be shared with Oxygen Active Play in order receive the prize.
8. General Conditions: Quayside Shopping Centre reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Quayside Shopping Centre’s control impair the integrity of the giveaway. You will only be contacted by @quaysidemediacity and will never be asked to give bank details or click any links. Quayside Shopping Centre also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Quayside Shopping Centre’s reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability: Quayside Shopping Centre is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other problems that may result in entries not being received or considered. Any liability under or in connection with the competition and these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost of the prize.
