What can we help you with?

General Queries

Can I film my child while in the park?

To help keep everyone’s visit comfortable and worry-free, we ask that filming and video recording aren’t carried out while in the park.

With lots of children and families enjoying the fun, this helps us make sure everyone can relax and enjoy their time with us.

If you’ve got any questions about our filming policy, just chat to a member of the park team during your visit, they’ll be more than happy to help!

Whether you choose 60, 90 or 120 minutes, there’s plenty of time to experience everything Oxygen, RedKangaroo or Boost has to offer.

Are your parks accessible and wheelchair friendly?

We’re committed to making our parks as welcoming and accessible as possible. Accessibility features vary by location, with some parks offering facilities such as accessible parking, step-free access, lifts, ramps, and accessible toilets.

As every park is unique, some areas such as viewing platforms, party rooms, or upper levels may have limited wheelchair access depending on the building layout.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, we recommend checking your local park page or getting in touch with our team before your visit. We’ll be happy to talk through the facilities available and help you plan your BIG-TIME fun.

Does my child need an adult with them at Oxygen?

Who needs to join the fun? It all depends on your child’s age:

Under 4s
Our youngest jumpers need a little extra support! Children under 4 must be accompanied and supervised by a jumping grown-up at all times. The supervising adult will need their own jump ticket so they can join in the fun.

Ages 4–12
Children aged 4–12 will need a grown-up with them at Oxygen, RedKangaroo or Boost while they’re jumping. The grown-up can cheer them on from the viewing area or relax in the café while they play. If they’d like to get closer to the action and supervise from inside the activity area, they’ll need their own jump ticket.

Ages 13–15
Young jumpers aged 13–15 can enjoy the fun independently, as long as a grown-up has completed a valid waiver on their behalf.

Ages 16+
Guests aged 16 and over can visit and jump independently without needing an accompanying grown-up.

Please remember, every jumper needs a completed waiver before they can take part, then it’s time to jump, bounce and have fun!

What can I do while my child is jumping?

There’s no need to watch from the sidelines — grown-ups can join in the BIG-TIME fun too! Simply grab your ticket, complete your waiver, pop on your Oxygen, RedKangaroo or Boost grip socks and get ready to jump, bounce and show off your best moves.

Prefer to kick back and relax while the BIG-TIME fun rolls out? Our parks have great café areas and viewing areas, giving you the perfect spot to watch every bounce, flip and jump while enjoying a coffee or grabbing a bite to eat.

Need to catch up on emails, get a little work done or simply scroll for a while? Our free WiFi means you can stay connected while your jumper enjoys their session.

Can adults jump too?

Absolutely, in fact it’s positively encouraged! There’s no upper age limit at Oxygen, RedKangaroo or Boost, so grown-ups are more than welcome to join the fun.

Whether you’re bouncing with the kids, taking on a challenge with friends or simply reliving your childhood, there’s plenty of BIG-TIME fun waiting for all ages.

Just make sure you’re wearing your grip socks and you’re ready to bounce

What ages can jump?

Our sessions are all about BIG-TIME fun for everyone, with different options available depending on the jumper’s age:

Little ones aged walking–5
Our Toddler Play and Soft Play sessions are perfect for younger jumpers, with activities designed around their age and stage of development. Jumpers under 4 must be accompanied and supervised by a jumping grown-up at all times. For Toddler Play and Soft Play sessions, one grown-up is included with each jumper ticket.

Jumpers aged 4+
Jumpers aged 4+ can join our Open Play sessions, as long as they have a grown-up with them at Oxygen, RedKangaroo or Boost while they’re jumping. Grown-ups can watch the BIG_TIME fun from the viewing area, relax in the café, or grab their own jump ticket if they’d like to join the action and bounce too!

Jumpers aged 13–15
Jumpers aged 13–15 can enjoy the fun independently, as long as their grown-up has completed a valid waiver before their visit.

Grown-ups and guests aged 16+
There’s no upper age limit at Oxygen, RedKangaroo and Boost, the fun is for everyone! Whether you’re a big kid at heart or ready to challenge the little ones, simply grab a ticket and get ready to jump, bounce and have BIG-TIME fun.

What should I wear to Oxygen?

Ready to jump? Make sure you wear something comfy that lets you move, stretch and have fun! The best outfits are clothes you can jump, climb, dodge and play in easily, think t-shirts, joggers, leggings or anything stretchy and comfortable.

You’ll be working up some BIG-TIME energy, so we recommend avoiding anything too tight or restrictive. Dresses, skirts and clothing that limits your movement aren’t the best choice for bouncing around.

For the best grip and jumping experience, we also recommend avoiding sports tops and similar smooth materials, as they don’t perform as well on our trampolines.

For everyone’s safety, please don’t wear clothing with spikes, studs or anything that could cause injury to yourself or others. Jewellery should be removed before jumping, so it’s best to leave valuables safely at home.

And don’t forget your Oxygen, RedKangaroo or Boost grip socks, they’re a must-have for every jump session!

Can I wear glasses on the trampolines?

Yep, you can absolutely wear your glasses while jumping! In fact, we recommend it so you can clearly see your epic jumps and safe landings.

Just make sure they’re nice and secure before you start bouncing. The last thing you want is your specs taking flight mid-jump and ending up lost or damaged!

Is jumping at Oxygen safe?

Jumping at Oxygen, RedKangaroo and Boost is a fun, active experience for everyone to enjoy. Like any sport or physical activity, staying safe starts with knowing your limits and following the rules.

Most injuries happen when guests take unnecessary risks, show off or attempt moves they haven’t built up the skills or confidence to do safely. Always listen carefully to the safety briefing, follow our park rules and only try tricks and challenges that feel right for you.

Our Oxygen Bouncers are fully trained in health and safety and are always around to offer support, answer questions and help make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit.

Jump smart, stay safe and get ready for BIG-TIME fun!

What should I do if I’ve lost something at the park?

Lost something during your visit? Don’t worry, we’ll do our best to help you track it down!

Get in touch with our Customer Services team and let us know what you’ve lost, the date of your visit and which park you attended. We’ll contact the park team to see if your item has been handed in and will let you know by phone or email if we’re able to reunite you with your belongings.

Fingers crossed your missing item makes its way back to you soon!

Can I jump if I’m pregnant?

We know it’s tempting to join in the BIG-TIME fun, for the safety of you and your little one, it’s best that you sit this one out and don’t take part in our jumping activities whilst you’re pregnant.

Don’t worry, we’ll be ready to welcome you and your little one back for all the fun when the time is right!

Can I jump if I have a medical condition?

If you have a medical condition, injury, or disability that may affect your ability to jump safely, we recommend speaking with your doctor or medical specialist before your visit.

If they confirm it’s safe for you to take part, please include any relevant medical information when completing your waiver. In some cases, we may also ask for a signed doctor’s note, guests with Down syndrome will need to provide a signed doctors note for each visit.

If you’re feeling fit and ready, then it’s time to get bouncing! And if you’re unsure at all, our Customer Services team is here to help, just give us a call on 020 8050 1315 before your visit.

Are there any height or weight limits?

There’s no height limit for bouncing, our ceilings are way too high for even the tallest jumpers!

If you’re taking on attractions like High Ropes, Sky Rider or the Trapeze, some parks do have minimum height requirements. Please check your chosen park page before you visit for more details.

For all jumping activities, the maximum weight limit is 21 stone (133kg) to help keep everyone safe while they bounce, flip and fly.

Can older siblings join Toddler Play or Family Play sessions?

Great question! It all depends on the type of session you’re looking to book!

Our Toddler Play sessions are specially designed for mini bouncers aged 0–5, so older siblings aren’t able to join in during these times. This helps us create a calm, safe space where our youngest jumpers can explore and have fun at their own pace.

If you’d love the whole family to bounce together, our Family Play sessions are a fantastic option! They run every Saturday and Sunday from 10–11am and are perfect for toddlers (from walking age up to 5), older siblings aged 6–12, and grown-ups to enjoy the park together.

For children aged 4+, there are also plenty of other exciting sessions to choose from, packed with activities, challenges, and adventures. Just check your local park timetable to find the best fit for your family!

Can I speak to a park manager?

Yep! For safety reasons Oxygen grip socks are required to be worn at all of our parks.

At Oxygen parks, only Oxygen-branded grip socks may be worn whilst at Boost Leicester, Boost or Oxygen grip socks are permitted. At RedKangaroo Coventry & Nottingham, jumpers can wear RedKangaroo grip socks (red or turquoise only) or Oxygen grip socks.

Safety is our top priority, and our grippy jumping socks are designed for bouncing brilliance. They’ve been extensively tested to make sure they give you the right amount of grip for our trampolines, inflatables and activities, so you can focus on flips, not slips.

The best bit? They’re machine washable and reusable, so once you’ve got a pair, don’t forget to pack them for your next visit.

I have a promo code, why isn’t it working?

Sorry your promo code isn’t working! Don’t worry, there are a few common reasons why this might happen:

  • The code has expired – Check the offer terms and conditions to make sure it’s still valid.
  • The session isn’t eligible – Some promotions only apply to specific activities, session types, dates, or times.
  • There are date restrictions – Some offers are only available on certain days (such as weekdays) or may exclude busy periods.
  • Your basket includes an item that isn’t eligible – Some discounts only apply to selected tickets, products, or activities.
  • The offer has reached capacity – Some promotions have a limited number of discounted spaces available, and these may have already been used.
  • The code may have been entered incorrectly. This is especially common with birthday codes, so double-check similar-looking characters:
    • I (capital I), l (lowercase L), and 1 (one)
    • O (capital O) and 0 (zero)

If you’ve checked everything above and your code should still be working, please get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to help.

For safety reasons, sparkler candles aren’t allowed, as they can damage the cake and create a mess.

If you’re visiting our café, cutlery is available when you purchase food and drinks.

Can we add pepperoni pizza to our party booking?

Our party packages include delicious hand-stretched Margherita pizza as standard. If your guests would prefer pepperoni pizza, you can add this as an extra to your booking.

If you have any questions about party food options, please contact our Customer Services team by clicking HERE and they’ll be happy to help.

Can I bring my own birthday cake?

Yep! You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake and celebrate your special day with us.

To help keep everyone safe, cakes must be either shop-bought or supplied by a SALSA-approved bakery. Homemade cakes can only be enjoyed in our party rooms if they’re nut-free and brought in an airtight container.

If you’ve booked a party package:
Your cake will be brought to your party room during your 45-minute party food session, ready for the big celebration.

Want to save the cake for later? We can cut, wrap, and pop slices into party bags for guests to enjoy at home. If you’d rather serve it during the party, just let your Party Host know.

We’ll keep your cake safely stored in our party fridge or designated storage area until it’s time to celebrate.

Celebrating without a party package?

No problem! You’re still welcome to bring a birthday cake and enjoy it in our café. Please note that cakes must be shop-bought or supplied by a SALSA-approved bakery—homemade cakes can’t be served in the café.

Now all that’s left is to make a wish and enjoy the celebrations! 🎉

Can we eat our birthday cake in the party room?

Yep! If you’d like to enjoy your birthday cake during your party, just let your dedicated Party Host know and they’ll be happy to serve it during your party room celebration.

Our preferred option is to cut the cake, wrap the slices and pop them into party bags for guests to take home. It’s a great way to keep the fun going long after the party’s over!

Whichever you choose, we’ll help make the birthday celebration as smooth (and delicious!) as possible.

Can I swap food options in my party package?

Our party packages come with a set menu, but we’re always happy to help with swaps where needed to accommodate dietary requirements or allergies.

Just let us know about any dietary needs when making your booking, and our team will do their best to make sure everyone can join in and enjoy the celebration!

Can we decorate the party room?

Absolutely! Go wild and add your own decorations to make your celebration extra special. You’ll have a handy 10-minute window while everyone’s finishing their jump session to sprinkle some magic into the party room.

Just a tiny heads-up to keep things awesome for everyone: please don’t stick anything to the walls or use confetti cannons..

Can we bring in a character in costume or people to play music?

You’re very welcome to bring along a costumed character to make your celebration extra special!

If you’d like to add your own music to your visit, this can vary depending on the Oxygen park you’re visiting and the space you’ve booked. Some areas are open spaces where music is already playing, so additional music may not always be possible.

Family Play is a dedicated session designed for families to enjoy the park together, with toddlers (from walking age up to age 5), older siblings aged 6-12, and adults all bouncing in the same session. We’ll work with you to create a celebration that’s comfortable, enjoyable, and packed with BIG-TIME fun.

What happens if my child is too ill to attend their own birthday party?

We completely understand that sometimes kids aren’t feeling their best. If your child is unwell and can’t make their party, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Where possible, we’ll look at moving your party to a new date so the celebrations can still go ahead. Alternatively, we may be able to provide a digital gift card for the value of your booking, which can be used for up to 12 months from the date it’s received.

We’ll work with you to find the best option and help make sure the BIG-TIME fun can still happen!

Can I reduce the number of guests on my booking?

Ahh, plans can change, we totally get it! 😊

In most cases, we’re not able to reduce the number of guests once a booking has been confirmed and paid for.

However, if you’ve made your booking within the last 24 hours, we may be able to help, just as long as your session isn’t taking place within the next 24 hours. In that case, we can look at reducing your booking..

SEN Sessions

Do you offer sessions for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We sure do! Our SEN Peaceful Play sessions offer a gentle, welcoming environment for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

With reduced capacity and a quieter atmosphere, the park is reserved for guests with SEN and disabilities, creating a calm and inclusive space for families to enjoy together.

Our SEN Peaceful Play sessions are designed so children can explore, play and have fun at their own pace.

Who are your SEN sessions for?

Our SEN Peaceful Play sessions are designed for jumpers aged 4+ with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, sensory sensitivities and learning disabilities.

These sessions offer a calmer, more comfortable environment with reduced noise, suitable lighting and lower capacities, allowing jumpers to enjoy play at their own pace.

We know that every child is different, so if you’re unsure whether SEN Peaceful Play is right for your child, our team will be happy to help.

When are your SEN sessions?

Our SEN Peaceful Play sessions take place at the same times each week during term time:

Sunday & Wednesday: 5:00pm – 7:00pm

During the school holidays, these times can vary, so please check your local park page for an up-to-date timetable.

To help keep the environment calm and comfortable, spaces are limited—so we recommend booking ahead to secure your spot.

My child has SEN/sensory needs, do they need to wear a wristband?

All jumpers are required to wear a wristband during their visit so our team can easily identify each group and keep everything running smoothly.

We know this isn’t always easy for children with SEN or sensory needs. If your child isn’t comfortable wearing a wristband, their carer can wear it on their behalf alongside their own, no problem at all!

If you have any concerns before your visit, just speak to a member of our team. We’re always happy to help and will do our best to support your child and make their visit as comfortable as possible.

What’s included in the price for a Peaceful Play session?

Your ticket includes access to a SEN Peaceful Play session, created to provide a calmer and more comfortable experience with reduced noise levels and lower session capacities.

Each child ticket includes free entry for one grown-up or carer. If your child requires additional support from more than one carer, please contact our team in advance by clicking HERE, and we’ll do our best to help accommodate your needs.

Can my child wear shoes during SEN Peaceful Play sessions?

For everyone’s safety, shoes cannot be worn on the activity areas during any sessions including SEN Peaceful Play. All guests using the equipment must wear grip socks.

  • Oxygen parks: Only Oxygen-branded grip socks are permitted.
  • Boost Leicester: You can wear Boost or Oxygen grip socks.
  • RedKangaroo Coventry & Nottingham: You can wear RedKangaroo grip socks (red or turquoise) or Oxygen grip socks.

Our grip socks are specially designed and tested to provide the right level of grip across our trampolines, inflatables and activities, helping everyone enjoy a safe and comfortable play experience.

Can a sibling who doesn’t have SEN join a Peaceful Play session?

Absolutely, siblings are very welcome at our SEN Peaceful Play sessions.

We’ve created these sessions to be a calmer, more comfortable space for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), while still making sure the whole family can enjoy time together.

What is the capacity for SEN Peaceful Play sessions?

Our SEN Peaceful Play sessions have a reduced capacity to create a calmer, more comfortable environment for guests with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

By welcoming fewer guests than our standard sessions, alongside lower music levels and suitable lighting, our SEN sessions create a more relaxed environment where everyone can enjoy the BIG-TIME fun at their own pace.

Capacities do vary by park, so we recommend pre-booking your chosen location. You can find your local park by clicking HERE.

My child is awaiting their award letter, can they still attend?

My child found the session overwhelming, can I get a refund?

We’re sorry to hear that your child’s visit wasn’t the experience you were hoping for.

Promotions

I have a promo code, why isn’t it working?

Sorry your promo code isn’t working! Don’t worry, there are a few common reasons why this might happen:

  • The code has expired – Check the offer terms and conditions to make sure it’s still valid.
